I’M BACK……

Hey everyone, what has been happening in your life lately? Well for me, all I seem to be doing is, studying, doing homework, sleeping & eating. Oh yeah & trying to have a social life. Because we have 8 days (5 School days) left until we finish school, we are all working really hard, intact I’m working non stop. On Monday I have an English & maths exam, & on Thursday (Tomorrow) a French oral exam. It makes me tired just writing about it. I also have netball on Saturdays, & training on Tuesdays. Our team at the moment is doing really well. It’s not long till Christmas now. I get so excited thinking about it, I don’t know what I’m getting for Christmas. I do like surprises. Well it is time to go now, because I have to begin studying……again. Wish me LUCK, I’ll need it J

Hello there my blogging friends

Well let me tell you what has been going on. Well I placed a bet on the Melbourne Cup, (Horse Racing, big day, in fact a public holiday) and I lost well I came fourth. Anyway, I’ve been doing so much homework, but I had a bit of a break on the Four day holiday. I went to the movies on Monday and saw “In to the blue”, but it let me down because it wasn’t that interesting, it dragged on too much, but people have different opinions. I then went and got some ice cream, I got cookies & cream ice cream…..YUM. Well I hope that you have enjoyed this entry….CYA

Well hey everyone, how are we all. In English we are writing a family story, but I’m not to sure what I’m going to write. The other night I was watching The ARIA s & I was really happy that Grinspoon got best rock album, (it’s a good album, and well I think so any way). I can feel Christmas coming, it’s in the air. Same as summer, I love that season, its my favourite, because It has Christmas and my birthday. I really can’t wait til the end of school, no more home work for a few weeks, just no more school for a while, yeah. I don’t think that I will be going away for the summer holidays, but you never know. Well I better go so until I write my next blog, I will talk to you all soon.

Why hello there,

                          Today we were told about our next assignment, it is going to be about a family story. Tomorrow we will have to talk about something we remembered as a child, I may find it hard to try and think of one that isn’t silly little things like, going to the shops. We are going to have to try and bring a photo of ourselves and then talk about that memory, or what’s going on in that photo. I was thinking of maybe getting a few photos of me as a child, because when I have a photo I can usually tell what was going on there.

I am looking forward to his assignment because I like talking about my past.

I finished my “ Personal Best” , assignment finally! Well cya.

Hey there everyone out there. Well we have come back from term 4, & were given a new assignment, this time, its writing folio three. It is a piece of writing called our ‘personal best’, a piece of writing of our choice, which we research & then write about it. My topic of choice is Dreams, & why we have them. I have found the research fairly easy to find & very informative. I was thinking instead of interviewing someone, I would write down a dream they had the previous night. That way it could help me with, what may be playing a big part in our dreams. I think that it has to do with your everyday life. So it seems that I will soon be on track, and then I will have to finish the hundred other assignments I have.

Hey everyone, I am officially an aunty 5 times now, yes that’s right. The other day my sister-in-law gave birth to a little girl (their 3^rd child). So now I have 3 nieces & 2 nephews. Type you all later!

How is everyone out there?
Ok so I’ve decided to write another one. This time it’s not going to be about my ERE class, instead about something I’ve recently learnt. So the time, is coming where I’m going to have to start driving!! A couple of days ago, I learnt a few things about driving a car & road rules. OK so I’ll admit what I’ve recently learnt isn’t that interesting, but to me it was. Its a lot to take in, all these rules & etc. So I feel like I’m kind of writing to myself here, so how about you drop me a comet, I’m sure I’ll be really happy!

Hey everyone! I know its been a while but, alot has been done since. I finnished my sonnet ( finally!), it took a bit of effort to finnish it, but I got there! After all that hard work, we have started to learn the different meanings & ways of saying words. Well I Shall leave you now with my sonnet. Till next time…..

Growing Old
When we are young, we dream of getting old
How we wish we could grow up & move on
We want our own life, without being told
But when signs of age show, we want them gone
Our bones slowly start to buckle under
Suddenly we wish we were young again
Time begins to roll by, just like thunder
Now we have become old women & men
Like the weather there are good & bad days
What once seemed quite easy, now seems quite hard
The younger years, oh how quickly they fade
How good it would be to ran the full yard
As the sunsets on life, we remember
Life has been fore filled & now we shall rest.

Ok so lately in my  english class we’ve been doing lots of different things, invoving writting stories & poetry. You see the english class is based on Recreating the writter.

One of the things that we have been doing is a Poety anthology. It contains, sonnets, Haiku, bad box and many more. My Haiku is called “Dolphins!” Its all about how Dolphins move & etc. I also have a haiku called “Summer time”, its about my favourite season. My sonnet is sounding, all right. Its about growing old. I’ve had a bit of a problem with the ryhming & 14 lines rule. But i’m sure I’ll resolve it. I find that I really need concentrate hard with the sonnet. Some things that I could write about, for my sonnet, are the things that, happen along the wasy as you grow old.
